so... ive got a really fresh piece of white fish and im lucky enough to get fresh lobsters when i want but have'nt got enough ideas to cook them ive tried a few ways (and may i suggest cooking them blue or live ((after putting them in your freezer for two hours)) over slightly hot coals on the barbie cutting them open removing the vien that is at the top of the tail and drizzling them with garlic n chilli butter n serving them with a fresh green salad and a glass of white wine or freezing cold beer, all you need is a hot sunset what more could we all want?? has anybody got any other ideas or a good fish sauce please
