Ive read all the recipe books-I can make astounding rice,Ive even got my own recipes for currys-and theyre bloody good-but I just want to know how they make that delicious concoction in the take-away!! I know the Chefs probably use rubbish ingredients but what the heck!! Someone help please!! Dave x
