Hi I am looking for the name of this dish for a friend of mine. This is what I know of it.
You use a 10 inch skillet, place oil in it, take one cup of batter, pour into pan, swish around batter, then flip, then fold, sprinkle with pargo (sp) cheese. This batter has lots of garlic in it.
If anyone can tell me the name of this that would be great. All I know is that my friends grandfather who came from Italy called it "something else".
