My daughter of 2 yrs is allergic to egg cooked or raw, white and yolks. this limits some of the foods I can offer her.
What can I use instead of egg for example when making; beef or lamb burgers need something to use a binding agent. Coating when making chicken and fish goujons for finger foods.
Cakes/desserts are very limited to jelly/ice cream and fresh fruit oh yes and chocolate.
I try to keep to fresh ingredients where possible. Any suggestions would be most helpful.
