why is it that people have to add a video, I have tried to cook chinese for ages in my house, it is ok but it all tastes pretty much the same, I can cook well and would listen to any tips I can get, however not very good on the video front, well I am 45, come on uktv food give everyone a chance. I cook all meats and fish and use the regular soy sauce, ginger and 5 spice (is that good)
