The information is biased and I can say that much of the Greek kitchen is original to Greece and has influenzed many surrounding countries. Yes, fish is eaten in great quantaties and other fruits of the sea, including Octopus, which I have not been able to find since returning to England. This is cooked in such a way that it melts in the mouth. Kalamari, urchins just to mention a few. Yes, the fruit and vegetables there are better because they are left to mature in the sun and not picked before their time for longer life shelf. Are the comments made by a Greek I wonder
