Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get authentic ( fresh ) Italian Sausages - The one I am after is that which is the equivalent to a British Cumberland in appearance, but has more coxxxxly cut pork, is better herbed and spiced and has a good amount of fat.
I had a saucisson in France with puy lentils, but I think the Italian banger will be better !
