Hello Everyone,

I am a huge natural history fan and a documentary maniac residing in United States and sadly have no access to BBC1, BBC2, ITV variants and UKTV Documentary original programings. For a long time, i have been drooling to add the series of "wildife on one" and "wildlife on two" and "the natural world" Narrated by David Attenborough to my personal collection. Sadly, the episodes from The Natural World series that made in to United States for transmission in BBC outlets like Disovery, PBS, etc Sir David's supreme narration was ruined, as a different narrator recounted the episodes. We also never had a chance to view Wildlife on One and Wildlife on Two series here.

As most of you know, none of these series have ever been released on DVD or VHS or i would have bought it in an instant. My tireless efforts from writing to BBC Administartion, various television stations and every possible outlests that i could of thought off ended in frustration. they simply won't make copies off the programs in their archive even after offering a substantial sum of money.

so, i would be like the ultimate gift on earth if anybody here can be of help in any of the following ways:

1. If you, yourself or anybody you know who may be safely trusted with this task have meticulously collected the afromentioned masterpieces over the years and willing to share,i will pay handsomely for good quality copies of the episodes on DVD! i cover all costs, labor, blank dvds, shippings to USA and pay you for labor and all associated expenses. If u dont have a dvd recorder, i purchase one as a gift! and as this would be for my perosnal viewing, no copyright is infringed.

2. Wildlife on One is currently being aired on UKTV documentary channel. Can anybody please record these programs for me? if so, please contact me, i agree with any condition and terms you may have. i just need a reliable long-term contact to be able to do this for me. Contact me please. your help is enormously appreciated!

i have been looking for one episode in particular called 'spiders from mars'.

Hope you got sorted with your wildlife quest.
But thought if you go to Amazon.co.uk and type in 'The Life Collection' david attenborough.
Here you will find all the series of wildlife programmes such 'Planet Earth,' 'Live in the Freezer' and 'Blue Planet'.
But don't think it has wildlife on one.

I had a similar problem with Avatar. The boxsets are not available in the uk at all and in the US they are airing season 3. I had trouble getting hold of the boxsets for season one and two!

Just to let you know, that the BBC have released a dvd of the Natural World for 2007 , with 6 titles.

If the BBC were ever to release the back catalogue of Wildlife on 1 and 2 I'd be first in line to buy them. The same with Natural World. Narrated by David of course.
