It would be so cool to do one of Ray Mears courses, a real privilege to recieve such hands-on knowledge. He is actually doing a bit of touring at the moment, at various places, to tell audiences about his experiences over the past 15 years. He seems like such a genuinely kind and modest man who just wants to pass on his knowledge and help other people. Smile

Big Grin I first watched Ray Mears when i was 14 yrs old on BBC2, and i've loved him ever since! I've been a dedicated 'fan' of his for about six years, and have probably seen every episode of Extreme Survival and Bushcraft that there is, i am always looking forward to seeing his new programmes. I love the way he presents his programmes. He presents very enthusiastically because he gets so involved with the skills and techniques and the indigenous people and shows he has a real passion for wilderness survival. I hope he keeps showing all the fascinating skills of survival from all over the world forever!!
