I really enjoy Ray's Programmes they are down to earth and you can see he loves what he is doing.I find his voice relaxes me. being ex Special Forces what he tells you and what he does is right on the mark.Well constructed and filmed. errolflynn

as an ex soldier, i idolise ray he is the most charasmatic, of people around today in wild and element varied environments, he bowles me over with his energy and enthusiasim, and relative ease in which he adorns nature, with the preserving bushcraft measures he applies to all the many problems that snobish people shun in order to use there bank accounts than brains if presented with the living environments of the past that i believe through global warming will return to haunt the untrained bushmasters among us i.e silver platters/service attitudes will become extinct hooray.
if you read up on this RAY!! I HAVE a proposition if i could watch u in any one of your documentaries behind the cameras on location then i would donkey all the kit in the bush for a summer's long filming GRATIS FOR EYES ON KNOWLEDGE. long live the king of BUSHCRAFT RAY MEARS

I think Ray Mears is one of the greatest exlorers of the modern world. But is there such a job as an explorer? Because that is my ideal job. Being with nature, capturing it, understanding it, taking it in. What careers are there in exporation, and how did Ray get in to it. Because, even though i wish i could, I can't just get up and explore. So my question, is it a paid career, and how do you get info on it??

As much as i like Ray Mears i all so used to like watching " Bush Tucker Man " with Les Hiddins would like to see a repeat of that show
