Thought the lady who presented the recipe for the Victoria Sponge with Lemon Curd on tonights (14/2/07)The People's Cookbook would make a great food presenter. Down to earth, easy yet informative style and puts a lot of the so called professionals to shame. 
She lost the challenge but came out on top as a true natural.
