pretty in purple!

It may be a bit 'matchy matchy' for some peoples taste, but this room was previously very dull - cream walls all round, with black and mushroom coloured bedding, and mushroom carpets. It's now a much warmer, cosier room and is a place that feels luxurious to be in. Before I didn't like spending time in there at all. Next steps will be to find some nicer bedside tables, a nice bedspread for the cold nights and perhaps a rug. This is actually a really big bedroom (haven't showed the rest of the roomas its much less interesting!) and I think that was the problem with having such plain colours before. It now has better proportions and a much nicer vibe, instead of feeling long and narrow.

    hello ,your bedroom is so nice >unfortunately I have to have a white cause I'm afraid colours,really I have night mares when I have pillow with another colours:( so..happy new year by the way :)

    Instead of 'nicer bedside tables, a nice bedspread for the cold nights and perhaps a rug.' How about a gorgeous partner for the cold nights, then you won't care about the bedside tables, or need a rug 'cos you'll be floating on air :o)
