How to make a jelly mould light
This totally unique light will be a real focal point of any room. You just need to seek out an old jelly mould - try second hand shops, junk stores and eBay - to use as the lampshade.

Step 1: Collect your equipment
You'll need an old tin jelly mould and a metal light fitting, preferably one with a silk braided flex. Silk braided flex can be bought in a good electrical store. You might as well spend a bit more on the fitting as flex as they are going to be on show. You'll also need a sharp tool with a fine point, a hammer, a plug and a light bulb that fits.
