Q: How can I get the most out of my tiny L shaped bathroom?

My bathroom is L shaped and measures 6ft 5 x 8ft 1. The door is opposite the window and is recessed into the room to create the L. If I used a small suite how do I make the most of the space?

A: I often work with clients who have very small bathrooms and my first question is what do they want to achieve - this answer often solves the problem.

For instance, is a bath important to you? If it isn't then you have immediately got more space to work with.

Foregoing the bath tub for a super duper shower can be a brilliant solution for a small space, and in this day-and-age it won't necessarily affect a re-sale value.

Bear in mind though, as we are more design savvy than we have ever been, it's all about the finish - make sure it's as good as you can get it, then better it by 10% and you'll have a bathroom to die for.
