Flight Lt John Curtis
Even though Curtis has been sent to aid the Belgian resistance directly from the War Office in London, he is not well received. Proud Lisa does not believe she needs any help and resents him being there, a problem made even more acute for Curtis by the fact that he is deeply attracted to her. In fact the poor chap's got his work cut out for him as practically every other Lifeline members at the Candide are suspicious of his motives and cover.
Played by Christopher Neame
London-born Neame previously gained recognition for playing the part of Dick Player in Colditz, as well as the villain Skagra in the unfinished Doctor Who serial Shada. His film credits include Hammer Horror Dracula AD 1972, and the James Bond film Licence to Kill. Moving to America, he appeared in Ghostbusters II and Star Trek: Enterprise.
