Britain's Best - Voting Terms + Conditions
Please note these voting terms and conditions cover the Vote Period only (see Clause 4 below).
1. This vote (the "Vote") is promoted by UKTV INTERACTIVE LIMITED whose principal place of business is at 160 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QA (the "Promoter") and who operates the UKTV History website "www.uktvhistory.co.uk" (the "Website").
2. You may only cast your vote by the following methods: text vote, premium rate, red button vote, WAP, by UKTV postcard at participating historic locations or via the Website. There are no alternative voting methods.
3. Subject to Clause 5 below you may vote as many times as you like.
4. Vote Period. The Vote will be promoted on the Website, via SMS, WAP and premium rate call from 17:00 Monday 12th March 2007 to 23:59 Monday 27th August 2007; via the red button on digital satellite television on the UKTV History television channel throughout the duration of the Britain's Best programme and for the first and last 30 seconds of each related programme; all postcards must be received by 27 August 2007 ("the Vote Period"). Any entries received outside of the Vote Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
5. Restrictions on Entry. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees and their families or the agents of the Promoter or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the Vote. Any entry will be void if UKTV deems it incomplete, illegible or has been made by an ineligible person. Promoter reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to believe that votes have been cast in a fraudulent illegal manner (including bulk voting). Online, you may vote up to 1,000 times for each property.
