Fawlty Towers-2 G.O.L.D. specials

The likelihood of my seeing these 2 specials produced and aired this Spring in the US are slim and none. There are many devotees of Fawlty Towers in the states like myself who would kill to view these shows.
I'm assuming some programming people looking for public feedback would monitor these message boards...so what gives? Does anyone own the North American air rights to these shows? Will they be released on DVD at some points? Or do I wait for public television to air these for fund raising?
