Gwyneth Strong

She was Nicholas Lyndhurst's love interest as the lovely Cassandra, but in real life Gwyneth Strong is married to another familiar TV face - Jesse Birdsall, who shot to fame as the devious Marcus Tandy in Eldorado and has since starred in Spooks and Footballers Wives.

Gwyneth got an early start in showbiz - she made her stage debut at the legendary Royal Court Theatre at the tender age of 10, and also appeared alongside Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee in a cheesy 1972 horror flick (it's called Nothing But the Night, in case you're wondering).
