These incompetent coppers will have you brandishing laughs as frequently as they bring out the handcuffs (stop it, you kinky swine). With Inspector Fowler and Inspector Grim in a constant tug of wills, what they never understand is that, no matter whose rules they play by, the station will still be a shambles. With Rowan Atkinson on the cast and writer Ben Elton emulating his beloved Dad's Army, this is vintage stuff.
