How do I unsubscribe?
To cancel your newsletter subscription, click on the 'unsubscribe me now' link at the bottom of the newsletter and follow the instructions on the UKTV site. Please note that if you forward your email newsletter to someone else, they may be able to use your details to unsubscribe you from it.

How do I change delivery to another email address?
You can amend your newsletter subscription via the UKTV website. Just log in with your email address and password. Then click here. Edit your details and click send.

How do I change the version of newsletter I receive?
You can change the newsletter version via the UKTV website. Just log in using your email address and password. Then click here and then click on the html or text drop down button as required and press send.

What is UKTV Gold?
UKTV Gold lines up Britain's best-loved programming; from classic and contemporary comedy such as Only Fools And Horses, The Good Life, The Vicar Of Dibley and The Royle Family, through to modern-day drama and blockbusting films such as Highlander. You can watch it on Telewest (channel 124), Sky Digital (channel 109), NTL (channel 300 or 31) and Top Up TV (channel 17).
