Strange advert flashes during Comedy Cruise last night

Hi
We were watching Only Fools and Horses last night(3rd August) between 9pm and 10pm, and between the adverts in the ad breaks there were strange flashed images of a woman appearing in the bottom right hand corner of a window, as though she had just climbed up a ladder to it. The image was there for less than a second but was repeated after each advert. We wondered if it was leading somewhere but we stopped watching at 10pm. Does anyone know what the significance was?
