A Garden For All Seasons

To day I watched A Garden for all Seasons, it was in north Wales, anyone know the name of the Garden Centre that Ann-Marie & Charlie visited?

I would also like to know where the North Wales garden is? I am interested in the pergola that separated part of the garden and the water garden.

Pleeeeeeease help to find the plant on today's programme. I have been searching for AGES to identify it!! It has very big leaves and was in a border section. On this morning's programme, the girl presenter handled it and said it was very tactile. The gardener said the words E A Bowles and another word like fluma??? Anyone able to help me!! I would be VERY grateful!
