Doggy Day Out
Whether you've got a pampered poodle or a perky pitball, the Forestry Commission's free Doggy Day Out is for you. Meeting at the Winding Walks Car Park in the Moray Forest, this brisk dog walk is scheduled to take place on Sunday February 10th, between 2 and 4pm. Spuds Away
If this is your year for growing your own, then here's a date for your diary – Sunday 3rd February is Public Potato Day at Garden Organic Ryton just south of Coventry. There will be dozens of varieties of seed potatoes on sale, plus talks, advice, tasting sessions, a cookery demonstration, children’s activities and a seed swap.
