The owners of the house featured in this episode are Lynn and Graham Irvine, a young, married couple who are expecting their first child in July. The couple have lived in their property for three years and in that time have spent a lot of money renovating the interiors. They have put their property on the market and are hoping that a makeover to their garden will ensure a quick sale.

The couple's two-bedroom, semi-detached cottage was built in 1910. Graham and Lynn bought the property for £35,000 in 2000. They do not have a current valuation but are hoping to make a substantial profit on the property because of the work they have done on the interiors.

Whilst they have done some basic work to the front garden, Lynn and Graham have let the back garden grow wild and it is now badly in need of some work! However with a baby on the way, Lynn and Graham's priorities have changed and they now just want to tidy the garden up so they can move to a bigger house.

Weed It & Reap Work Checklist:

Front garden
- Break up expanse of gravel with some planting.
- Paint windowsill and the front of the house.
- Frame either side of front door with plant tubs.

Back garden
- Lots of dog mess to be removed!
- Clear out red gravel and put in a feature patio with pergola.
- Clear out weeds and mow. Partially screen off two thirds of the back garden so that the new owners can tackle it at their leisure.
