Hosted by the much-missed garden presenter Geoff Hamilton, this series sets out to simplify the practical problems of creating a natural, rustic look in your garden by incorporating popular features of modern gardens into cottage gardens of the past.
The series starts when Geoff visits George Flatt and Hannah Hutchinson in their gardens in Rutland, Leicestershire. Geoff is given a tour around two of the gardens George and Hannah have created at Barnsdale.
