Scottish fishing is the envy of anglers the world over and the salmon and trout caught in its rivers and lakes among the finest. In this new series, our host fisherman Paul Young reveals the wide variety of fish that can be caught in and around Scotland.
Join Paul as he travels to the extreme north to explore the fertile waters of Caithness and visits the ancient kingdom of Fife and Kinross to see Scotland's largest trout fishery.
From Loch Leven he sets out for Skye and the magnificent Storr Loch for wild brown trout, then on to the River Snizort to discover the secrets of salmon. Paul also discovers the magic of angling around Speyside, with salmon fishing at Castle Grant and sea trout at Kinhurdie.
The beautiful Scottish scenery makes a wonderful backdrop to this fascinating series - essential viewing for experienced anglers and novices alike.
