if you cannot find Dangshen; Dates & Wolfberries, then replace it with with lots of ginger (cut into toothpick size, about 1 tablespoon).. it will still taste great. Also, add a pinch of cornflour into the marinade to get a nice thick gravy once steamed. Teresa
