Any ideas for gluten free birthday cake. I have volunteered to cook said 'cake' for a party and need some help! Thanks

Depending on what you want you could try Nigella Lawson's Chocolate Cloud Cake, just using Dove's Farm Gluten Free flour to make a normal victoria sponge (don't forget to use gluten free baking powder too).

I have found the best recipes for gluten free are the ones that naturally don't contain flour rather than substituting it, things like polenta cake, or those which contain nut flours. Hope that helps.
