Can anyone recommend a brand/location where I can buy some? I am keen to try a recipe for slow cooked fillet of beef which requires the beef to be wrapped in clingfilm and cooked in a conventional oven. Not having much luck in all the usual supermarkets and have tried to find some online.

Thanks - I managed to find some in Lakeland which is meant to be the same as a roasting bag so I'll be giving it a go next week!

How about wrapping the chicken in a roasting bag instead of cling film?
