Hi, does anyone know what fresh herb is added at the end of the recipe? (with the celery and scotch bonnet). The video is on this website. Thanks.

You will note at the end of the recipe (step 6) it says to stir in the chopped coriander (1 teaspoonful according to the list of ingredients), etc. etc.
