Does anyone know where I can buy citric acid. I need it to make elderflower cordial and my chemist is no longer allowed to stock it!

You should also be able to get hold of it at your local Chinese or Asian supermarket / cash & carry:

Thanks. Actually managed to get it at a health food shop yesterday but if I have a problem next year I will bear your useful help in mind.

Yes, I do use lemon juice but I believe that citric acid acts as a preservative. I am now told I can get it from health food shop but thanks for your help.
