made this lovely marmalade with year 6 children in my school. very easy for them to do and it turned out great. So tasty. We will be making another batch to sell at our Christmas fair.

Marmalade is a passion of mine...cannot wait for Jan and the new seville orange season.
At the moment have, 4 fruit marmalade,Caribbean, Pink grapefruit and ginger,Clementine and cointreau, Oxford,Seville and apricot,seville and ginger and 3 fruit with brandy plus a few more.
Love thinking up new ideas oh great for Christmas Pink grapefruit and cranberry.

I make lots of marmelade. At the moment I have orange, lemon, ruby grapefruit, three fruit, lime, naartjie (a kind of tangerine) three fruit and kumquat in my fridge. I serve them to my B&B guests, in a cute little dish with three compartments, rather like a shamrock in shape. If guests stay more than one night, they get a dfferent selection the second night. Guests seem to like them.
