Hi Louise -

I posted a few recipes earlier today, but for some unknown reason, and without any explanation, my post has been deleted.

These were recipes which have been used in my family over many years and certainly did not breach any copyright.

Ah well, just your luck I suppose.

Hi all,
Why not look at the school dinners thread as there are two recipes on there that might just fit the bill. Cornflake tart and also a vanilla sponge traybake. Hope this helps. Happy baking Wink

thanks livewire. i was thinking of something along those lines but couldnt find a recipe, so thanks for the link. am defo going to give them a go.

i think flapjacks are a great idea posset. they are one of my fave things to sit down and have with a nice cup of tea when i get a few minutes to myself.
i might make both the malteser tray brerak and the flapjacks coz knowing the hubby and kids they'll have eaten half the stuff 2moz nyt and then id hardly have anything left. at least if i make them both il be left with a good selection even if some do get pinched.
Smile thanks a bunch. il let u now how it goes Smile
