Hi all,
I am using up whats left in my house before I bulk shop next week. I have some risotto left and some lemon, and other things 
But what would you all recommend to go with this, without out going over the top

Well, I have some eggs, cheese (inc parmesan), onion, all the spices/herbs you can imagine (seen a saffron risotto recipe earlier), garlic - most of these will be used anyway I do have some mortadella too

try making the lemon risotto sweet and having it with a thyme garnish or on the side of. griddled chicken. roll into balls egg and breadcrumb and deep fry.

what else do you have to use up? it would be easier to recommend if i knew what else you have available
