Has anyone tried her posh mushy peas. I think she serves it with salmon. It's from her how to eat book.

Her chinese plum sauce and cola ham glazed with the chinese plum sauce! And her baci ice cream that uses a shed load of nutella - mmmmmm (insert a nigella noise!!!)

her watermelon, feta and olive salad, its lovely in the summer, when the watermelon has been in the fridge, and is really cold and refreshing, i add chunks of cucumber aswell, and sometimes do it with slices of barbequed halloumi laid on top instead of feta

Her Grandmother's ginger bread and butter pudding takes some beating - I make this a lot!!
I am also very fond of her method of roast potatoes but I wouldn't really call this a recipe!

My fave so far is the hot gingery duck salad recipe in the temple food section of the Nigella Bites book, its sooo tasty and incredibly healthy. Its quick and easy but make more than the recipe states for 2 people as we are greedy pigs and it left us wanting more.

Hi Jenniffer, totally agree with what you say about the sticky chocolate pudding. My wife is unusual in that she does not normally like chocolate apart from the sticky pudding!
I am ashamed to admit that I do not do the sourdough as often as I should, but when I have tried it it is really good so many thanks for that.

The Maple Parsnips caught my eye from the section in "The Weekend" magazine following her Christmas programme. They were a real hit and set to be a firm favourite.
The recipe of hers that most seems to be requested is the Sticky Chocolate Pudding that is self-saucing. That is a nice one.
hello Snowy and terry How are the Sourdoughs doing? I have the dough for a Sourdough Potato and oatmeal one in the bread macine on the dough setting as I type..

You are very welcome Snowy43.
I can echo sesley's recommendation for the parsnips, I like them in any form and this was a definite well worth trying. Honeyed roasted parsnips are also very nice.

I love her Yorkshire pudding recipe via Jane Grigson,it works a treat, it in the How to Eat book,i put the batter in the Le cruest, enamel dish like hers and its fantastic and i tried the maple syrup parsnips which were successful, since i don,t usually like parsnips and tried this recipe and its makes parsnips more palatable for me yum
