I am hoping someone out there will have a fabulous recipe for walnut ice cream and also for vegetarian sausages (that actually stay together in the pan!).
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you mean a recipe for making sausages, not using pork. Or a recipe using sausages (not pork) with no vegetables either?

there's a recipe for Lancashire cheese sausages also by Simon Rimmer on the bbc food site. What about Glamorgan suasages - there are 3 recipes on this site?

Delighted thank you, recipes sound fabulous. I am really looking forward to making the veggie burgers, they sound delicious. I also cannot wait to make the walnut ice-cream, I think I might leave out the rum though

Hi emeraldisle I have made these Simon Rimmer burgers, they are delicious and easy to make, you can just shape them into sausages instead of burgers.
