How many different things are there to make with egg yolks?
I don't like to waste them when I have made meringues etc.
I tried the search on here, but all it came up with was hollandaise!!

save the extra egg yolks for bread and butter pudding - Nigella does a great ginger recipe - if you google Nigella's ginger bread and butter pudding you will find it and you need a couple of extra egg yolks in that.
I wonder - do they freeze, I know you can freeze egg whites - I am sure some expert on the board here will come on and tell us!

There is a great little book called 'Hens in the garden - eggs in the kitchen' - has loads of egg recipes sorted by excess yolks/whites etc
I recommend the Lemon ice cream - no need for an ice cream maker!!
