does anyone know how to get rid of the smell of onions from my hands, i pickled about 10lb a week ago, and cant et the smell out of my fingers.phew

I have one of those stainless steel 'soap bars' and it does work, i was also once told that if you run your hand under running cold water but without doing the washing action, it removes the smell as well, that was for garlic though, not sure about fish.

I have read somewhere that if you don't have that bar to rub on your hands that you can rub your hands along a stainless steel sink. It is something in stainless steel sink that does the trick.

Phew you kust smell sweet................NOT
I understand that there is a bar you cn but in Debenhams that yu rub on yur hands and it takes the smell of anything fron Garlic to Fish off your hands. They sell it in the kitchen department.
