Ideas for duck legs

Has anyone got any ideas for duck legs, I was thinking with some spiced plums, but I am open to suggestions

Porbably a bit late to reply , but it may well be repeated on Saturday when i think there's some sort of compliation of the week - saturday lunch live? i could be wrong as i'm normally out shopping - but i'm sure i've caught it a couple of times!

Essex Girl, I only went and missed it I usually watch it everyday but was helping my mum doing her cleaning wednesday (so much for Karma

Oops, not very tasty with a sock lol Red wine and duck or chicken stock

Stewed with olives. Braised with apricots and prunes in a red wine and sock. Steamed ( remove skin first) with a stem ginger and pineapple sauce served on a bed of noodles.

Well I've just got some duck legs from Sainsburys as it's buy one pack, get one free. It's predictable I know but tonight we're having chinese duck pancakes.
