I have a glut of preserved globe artichokes...........can anyone tell me with what I should NOT use them, as for my taste, I can easily include them in every meal. However, I do believe there are some mismatches.........

hear hear! I on the other hand have one growing in my garden 
the rabbits copped for the rest 
they also wiped out my basil and coriander crop this week so am going to try for a late crop (hope it works) ...

If it tastes good then eat it, just because one person says something doesn't go with something else it doesn't mean that its wrong. You eat your artichokes with whatever you want too, if you like the combintation then there is nothing worng with that!
