there was a programme about italian in america.did anyone watch it.it was last friday and they showed how to make mozarella and ricotto cheese. can you give me recipe about aubergine and mozarella.please!!!!

the programme was called Ciao America but it doesn't appear that the recipes from that series are listed on this site. Have just done a search for the programme on google and have come up with this site, which seems to show some of the recipes on the programme. Hopefully this link will work.
