Hi,
I would like to make some simple, but heathy, veg burgers with my 6 year old Daughter. Has anyone got any recipes to share?

you can make chick pea burgers whizz chick peas, carrots, courgette (veg are best fried first to reduce the amount of water) spices, herbs.
I like to do a morrocan theme maybe some dried apricots, corriander, cumin powder, carrots, courgette, seasoning.
You put every thing in with the whizzed chick peas and blitz to the texture you desire, I prefer mine quite rough. Then shape & fry. If you prefer something plainer you can do whatever you like.

If you type "veggie burgers" in the search box and select recipes, there are three recipes on this site.

If you have a food mixer, blitz a drained tin of butter beans, then fold in some grated carrot, finley chopped inion, minced garlic, salt, pepper. add any other spices that you like. divide into small burger shapes and shallow fry in olive oil. ( if not butter beans try a different bean.
