Hi Suz,
Your going to an amazing city of which i lived in for seven years with some fab restaurants.
For Irish food if you head down to the river Liffy on the north side, as you walk down to the point theatre you will pass a lot of hotels some of which had traditional bars and restaurants, you will need to walk down a fair way the best one cant remember name of but the outside if building is black!!. You'll find good irish food there. Also if you like Italian you should try Manifesto in Rathmines owned by Antony, small and family, for thai try noodle diep in Ranalegh ....all a short walk or taxi from city centre and reasonably priced.
Hope this is of help have a great time.x

Hi Suz, hope I'm not too late with this - we've just moved to lovely Dublin and would highly recommend Cruzzo at Malahide Marina. They do an 'early bird' menu which is a bit cheaper. Also, Malahide is gorgeous during the day - all little boutiques and cafes. Hope you get to have an explore x

Pick your area. I had some lovely meals there but can't for the life of me think where we ate. It was a while ago now.
Best meal was collar bacon with home made parsley sauce. Made my mouth water.

Och well, nevermind. Ive never been to Ireland before and was looking forward to some yummy grub.. I'll just have to content myself with a pot of home made Irish stew.
