food intollerance

Frown Hi i am new to the boards and hope that someone will be able to help me.
today i have had an intollerance test and found that i am intollerant to WHEAT, BARLEY, RYE, LACTOSE, FRUCTOSE AND SUCROSE. i also have an overgrowth of yeast in my gut so have to exclude yeasty products.
please p, please has anyone any ideas of what i could eat

i was tested by a nutruitionist at champneys, it was done with a machine that reads whether or not you have reations to the substances that she puts in to the machine!!
i did get diet guidelines but at the moment am feeling as if it just isn't worth eating as every thing is just so bland. i'm sure it will get easier with time Smile

I would love to know who tested you ? Was it a properly qualified doctor with blood tests etc.Did you not get diet recommendations /guidelines etc?

Big Grin @wooz,can't be any worse than my grlled bananas I had for dinner tonight lol,no food intolerance,just cabbage soup diet for 1 week,but showing results,yippee Big Grin
