We know that Tomasina won Masterchef, but what happened to Caroline and Mark? Did they go on to work in the food industry. Would love to know, because Mark definitely deserved to be given a foody job somewhere.

There was an article in the Radio Times about them a little while after the original programme was shown on BBC2. I believe Caroline went to America because of her husband's job, had a baby and now writes foody 'stuff' over there.
As far as I can remember, Mark moved to Dublin and is working in a hotel or restaurant.
If anyone can clarify or add anything to this please do.
