Balsamic vinegar

Thread Starter: Does the cooking    Started: Tue 25 Apr 2006    Replies: 1

I am prepared to buy the expensive stuff, But I do not know which of them are worth the money. Dees anyone have any views on the range carried by Sainsburys or Tescos. I don't want to be deceived by packaging etc.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

I really like the one by Belazu Balsamic Vinegar. It's £11.99 for 250ml from Sainsburys. It is very thick and sweet and worth the money. It is lovely with a salad made of rocket, parmesan and roasted cherry tomatoes. Another on to try is Sainsburys's Taste the Difference 8 year old - £5,99 for 250ml
