Confused

Can someone tell me where I can buy Polenta Flour.
I have tried the major supermarkets, but have had no luck.
Or is there an alternative I could use. I am wanting to make Lesley Water's Lime Polenta Cake with Fruit Salsa.

I get mine from the "Foods of the World" section in the supermarkets.

Pollenta flour is Maize or Corn meal. I found it today in the carribean store of Derby Indoor market Unit 38 not in the supermarkets at all. Better late than never

I make my polenta cake using polenta (fine corn meal). This is fine for me, havent heard of polenta flour as such in a way of plain four texture.

Corn meal is the same as polenta, to make a cake you will probably need fine cornmeal Smile
