Hi ... I've just done an old Delia Smith recipe which is great ... cherry tomatoes - seeds taken out, each half stuffed with pesto, one half put on a toothpick, add a piece of fresh boccocini, top with other half of tomato ... presto. Went over a treat at our Good Friday picnic

Fudge's Mum

Hi fraggle and pookies mum.
There are a few threads on Home Entertaining to do with various parties. They're worth a read. One of them was mine and to do with my daughter's 18th birthday in Feb.
From experience I'd really recommend the cherry tomato, mini mozzarella ball and basil leaf on a cocktail stick - I'm still getting comments about them. Tesco do their own version of the mozzarella and you can get some President ones in Waitrose.
I also did some bruschetta with variou topping which went down very well.
Good Luck - with the party and the engagement
