This week I saw a receipe for scones (I believe on James Martin's programme Sweets) it belonged to one of his guests. It used Strong White Flour - can any one tell me where I can get the full list of ingredients and method?

Mary Berry does a similar one, press but no twist. Handle dough as little as possible!!

Yep i remembered that bit and also to double brush with egg wash and to put them in the fridge for 15 mins. The only thing i didn't have strong white flour but strong white bread flour but they turned out ok for a first time.

Paul Hollywood is always good for breads and bakery goods.
One thing in written recipe did not mention. When you cut out place cutter on dough and Stamp out and then gently 'shake' out scone - do not twist the cutter if you want scones to raise straight.
