Hi I am looking for the recipes from the Best on last Monday for Silvano Franco's chicken wings and Ben O'Donoghue's Chinese-steeped chicken. Anyone take note of them? Please & Thanks. Any advise much appreciated. Sonja

you should get it on amazon if it's still in print, i've had mine a few years now, with all the rubbish cookery programmes on telly now you thought they would do a remake of it now

Thanks Bashir & Ohforgodsake... I checked the llink and its a different wing recipe! I've googled every possible combination and they don't seem to be available. Maybe we could piece it together ourselves?? I just wanted to know what kind of spice mix Silvana used with the flour and paprika? And also what veg went into the steamed chicken- I can remember lemongrass, star anise, ginger, scallion(spring onion) tops... was there anything else?
